1. All expenditures other than those required for the replacement of depleted supplies
shall require the approval of the Board of Directors. All expenditures for the amount of fifty dollars
$50.00) or more shall require the approval of the Board of Directors.
2. All check require two signatures, one of which must be the Treasurer. The second
signature shall be that of the posse Commander, or - in the event of his absence - the Executive Officer.
A. In the event that the Treasurer will be unavailable to execute
this responsibility, the Treasurer will leave in the custody of the posse Commander four signed checks to be
used in an emergency situation.
B. Upon the return of the Treasurer to his duties, the posse
Commander will surrender all unused checks to the Treasurer, and make an accounting of all monies spent.
3. The Treasurer will complete an annual financial report due in January of each year.
A, The annual report is subject to an audit by the Board of Directors.
